Have You Tried These Paper Boat Juices?

I am not a big fan of packed juices, as I always prefer fresh juices instead of packed one.Delhi is the capital of India and one can find huge options for everything. Here in Bangalore, around the area I live in, I have tried almost every Juice shop but I couldn’t find the one I could prefer. And the shops I found better, are serving Juices on high rates.  In Delhi you can get a small glass of juice between Rs. 25-30, but here the same quantity of Juice would be Rs. 60-80 and therefore I think it would be better to buy fruits here.

I was aware about Paper Boat Juices but I had never tried it. Paper Boat offers a wide range of beverages and pomegranate was the one I tried first and I loved it. After then, I tried different flavors. They have Anar, santra, amras, apple, alphonso aam, Jamun, kokum and many more.  Recently I tried Kokum and Jamun and trust me you will love them. After Ama panna they became my favorite. I love their tangy and spicy flavor.

The range of these beverages is between Rs.20 to 30 for 100ml pack, which is a good deal.  The company claims that there is no added preservative, no added colors and no GMOS in these beverages.  I have not found any harmful ingredients written on the package. You can see them on the picture below  👇

The company really have tried to attract their customers with its beautiful, unique and colorful packaging. And above of all, I found great taste in reasonable range.

Mango Ice-Cream With 3 Ingredients

It looks tempting and tastes delicious; it is the most loving and favourite fruit of many, the king of summer and India’s national fruit, yes, it is “Mango”.  It is really difficult not to get fascinated by its sweet and sourly smell and beautiful shinny bright colour.

In India we love to have Mangoes in Pickles, shakes, chutney, cooling drinks etc. We use it in ripe as well as in raw form. This is the season of mangoes and I decided to make something with it before the season ends.  So I found an easy Mango Ice-cream recipe on YouTube with only 3 ingredients. I tried and it came out delicious. So this time I am sharing Mango ice-cream recipe with you all.

  1. Mango pulp: 500 gm
  2. Fresh Cream: 250 ml
  3. Condense Milk: 50 ml

  1. Make the paste of mango pulp in mixer and then add fresh cream with condense milk in it. Just give it a blend for 2 minutes and you will get a creamy and nice textured paste.
  2. Put this paste in an air tight container or whatever container you have just cover the paste with aluminium foil before putting the lid.
  3. Keep it in freezer for at least 8 hours.

Your Mango ice-cream is ready to eat.

Note: As this was my first time, I felt that it would taste more delicious if your pulp would be little sour. Also you can add some dry fruits or Tutti frutti (candid fruits) in it. You can add more condense milk or sugar as per your taste. You can also adjust the quantity of ingredients according to your requirement. The above ingredients quantity will give you a good half kg ice-cream brick.
